प्रस्तुति के लिए जरूरी उपकरण :
भज गोपालम् भजन मण्डली की प्रस्तुति के लिए आयोजक को निम्नलिखित उपकरणों की व्यवस्था करनी होगी जिसका पेमेंट आयोजक को अलग से करना होगा । यदि उपकरणों की व्यवस्था भज गोपालम् भजन मण्डली को ही करनी पड़ेगी तो उसका पेमेंट आयोजक को अलग से देना होगा । उपकरणों की सूची निम्नलिखित है :
1 – साऊंड सिस्टम – JBL या किसी भी दूसरी कंपनी का प्रोफेशनल साऊंड सिस्टम
2 – माईक – मुख्य गायक के लिए 1 कंडेंसर माईक और 7 अन्य माईक
3 – माईक स्टैण्ड – 5 छोटा माईक स्टैण्ड और 2 बड़ा माईक स्टैण्ड
4 – केबल – इंस्ट्रूमेंट केबल 4
6 – न्यूनतम 15 x 10 फ़ीट का मंच

लोकल – INR 21000 रुपये
काशी क्षेत्र से 100 कि.मी. की परिधि में – INR 21000 रुपये + आने – जाने के लिए 11 सीटर AC टेम्पो ट्रैवेलर
काशी क्षेत्र से 100 कि.मी. की परिधि से बाहर – INR 35000 रुपये + आने – जाने और रहने – खाने की समुचित व्यवस्था
अन्य महत्वपूर्ण बातें –
– 100 कि.मी. की परिधि से बाहर की बुकिंग के लिए आयोजक को आवश्यकतानुसार 11 सीटर AC टेम्पो ट्रैवेलर या ग्रुप के सभी सदस्यों के लिए ट्रेन का AC 3 का टिकट या फ्लाईट का टिकट और किसी अच्छे होटल, धर्मशाला या गेस्ट हाऊस में रुकने – खाने की व्यवस्था जिसमे एयर कंडीशन की सुविधा भी उपलब्ध हो तथा रेलवे स्टेशन या एयरपोर्ट तक आने – जाने की व्यवस्था भी करनी पड़ेगी ।
– भज गोपालम् भजन मण्डली की बुकिंग के लिए आयोजक को 50 % एडवांस पेमेंट करना अनिवार्य होगा । और बाकी का 50 % भज गोपालम् भजन मण्डली की प्रस्तुति से 2 घंटे पहले करना अनिवार्य होगा ।
– यदि किसी कारण वश आयोजक बुकिंग कैंसिल कराता है या आयोजक की वजह से बुकिंग कैंसिल होती है तो किसी भी प्रकार का रिफंड नहीं किया जाएगा ।
– यदि किसी कारणवश आयोजक को प्रस्तुति की तारीख आगे या पीछे करना पड़े तो उक्त दशा में भज गोपालम् भजन मण्डली की उपलब्धता के आधार पर ही कंफर्मेशन दिया जाएगा या भज गोपालम् भजन मण्डली जो तारीख बताएगा आयोजक को उस तारीख पर प्रस्तुती कराना पड़ेगा अन्यथा बुकिंग कैंसिल कर दी जाएगी।
– यदि भज गोपालम् भजन मण्डली किसी कारणवश बुकिंग कैंसिल करता है तो आयोजक को पूरे पैसे रिफंड कर दिए जाएंगे ।
विदेश में भज गोपालम् भजन मण्डली की प्रस्तुती हेतु महत्वपूर्ण बातें :
– भारत से बाहर नेपाल के अलावा किसी भी अन्य देश में भज गोपालम् भजन मण्डली की प्रस्तुती हेतु INR 50000 रुपये शुल्क देना होगा ।
– आयोजक को उक्त देश का वीजा और अन्य अपेक्षित कागजात बनवाने होंगे। तथा आने – जाने का टिकट और लोकल ट्रांसपोर्टेशन की व्यवस्था करनी होगी।
– आयोजक की आवश्यकतानुसार भज गोपालम् भजन मण्डली से सिर्फ हरिताभ सिंह गोपाल अकेले प्रस्तुति देने जा सकते हैं लेकिन आयोजक को अपने स्तर से स्थानीय वाद्य संगतकारों की व्यवस्था करनी होगी, जिनके शुल्क या किसी भी प्रकार के भुगतान के लिए भज गोपालम् भजन मण्डली की कोई जिम्मेदारी नहीं होगी ।
– भज गोपालम् भजन मण्डली से सिर्फ हरिताभ सिंह गोपाल अकेले प्रस्तुति देने जाएंगे तो भेंट स्वरुप आयोजक जो कुछ भी दे देंगे वही उनका शुल्क होगा । एकल प्रस्तुति के लिए हरिताभ सिंह गोपाल कोई शुल्क नहीं लेते हैं ।
– आयोजक की तरफ से हरिताभ सिंह गोपाल और उनकी भजन मण्डली के सदस्यों के विश्राम एवं भोजन हेतु किसी अच्छे साफ़ – सुथरे होटल/धर्मशाला/गेस्टहाऊस में उचित व्यवस्था करनी होगी।
– हरिताभ सिंह गोपाल के लिए शुद्ध शाकाहारी भोजन की व्यवस्था करनी होगी ।

Essential Equipment for Presentation:
For the presentation of Bhaj Gopalam Bhajan Mandali, the organizer must arrange the following equipment separately, and payment for this is also to be handled separately by the organizer. If Bhaj Gopalam Bhajan Mandali arranges these themselves, the organizer will still need to pay them separately:
1. Sound System – Professional sound system from JBL or any other company.
2. Microphones – 1 condenser microphone for the lead singer and 7 other microphones.
3. Microphone Stands – 5 small microphone stands and 2 large microphone stands.
4. Cables – 4 instrument cables.
5. Minimum 15 x 10 feet stage.
Booking Details:
– Local (within 100 km of Varanasi) – INR 21,000
– Within a radius of 100 km from Varanasi – INR 21,000 + arrangement of an 11-seater AC tempo traveler for transportation.
– Outside a radius of 100 km from Varanasi – INR 35,000 + arrangements for transportation, accommodation, and meals as necessary, including air-conditioned facilities, and arrangements for transportation to and from the railway station or airport.
Other Important Points:
– For bookings of performances outside a 100 km radius, the organizer must arrange for an 11-seater AC tempo traveler or AC 3-tier train tickets or flight tickets for all members of the group, along with suitable accommodation in a good hotel, guest house, or dharamshala, with air-conditioning facilities available, and arrangements for transportation to and from the railway station or airport.
– The organizer must make a mandatory 50% advance payment for booking Bhaj Gopalam Bhajan Mandali, with the remaining 50% to be paid 2 hours before the presentation by Bhaj Gopalam Bhajan Mandali.
– In case the organizer cancels the booking for any reason or due to the organizer’s fault, no refund will be provided.
– If for any reason the organizer needs to reschedule the date of the performance, confirmation will be based on the availability of Bhaj Gopalam Bhajan Mandali for that date, or as indicated by Bhaj Gopalam Bhajan Mandali, the presentation must be arranged on that date; otherwise, the booking will be canceled.
Important Details for Bhaj Gopalam Bhajan Mandali’s Presentation in Abroad:
– For any country outside India, except Nepal, a fee of INR 50,000 must be paid for the presentation of Bhaj Gopalam Bhajan Mandali.
– The organizer must arrange for the visa of the respective country and other required documents. Additionally, arrangements for tickets and local transportation to and from the venue must be made.
– Depending on the organizer’s requirement, only Haritabh Singh Gopal alone may present from Bhaj Gopalam Bhajan Mandali. However, the organizer is responsible for arranging local instrumentalists, whose fees or any other payments will not be the responsibility of Bhaj Gopalam Bhajan Mandali.
– If only Haritabh Singh Gopal presents individually, any offerings given by the organizer will serve as their fee. Haritabh Singh Gopal does not charge any fee for a solo presentation.
– The organizer must arrange suitable accommodation and meals for rest and dining of Haritabh Singh Gopal and members of his group in a good, clean hotel/dharamshala/guest house.
– Pure vegetarian meals must be arranged for Haritabh Singh Gopal.
