1. Domestic Customers :

Product Orders :
– Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.
– After 24 hours, cancellation requests will be processed, but a cancellation fee may apply.

Online Rituals and Consultations :
– Cancellations are allowed up to 48 hours before the scheduled service for a full refund.
– No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service.
