यदि आयोजनकर्ता को मंच संचालक की जरूरत होगी तो यह ग्रुप अपने साथ मंच संचालक भी लेकर आ सकता है लेकिन मंच संचालक का पेमेंट INR 7000 रुपये अलग से देना होगा ।
प्रस्तुति के लिए जरूरी उपकरण :
राही म्यूजिकल ग्रुप की प्रस्तुति के लिए आयोजक को निम्नलिखित उपकरणों की व्यवस्था करनी होगी जिसका पेमेंट आयोजक को अलग से करना होगा । यदि उपकरणों की व्यवस्था राही म्यूजिकल ग्रुप को ही करनी पड़ेगी तो उसका पेमेंट आयोजक को अलग से देना होगा । उपकरणों की सूची निम्नलिखित है :
1 – साऊंड सिस्टम – JBL या किसी भी दूसरी कंपनी का प्रोफेशनल साऊंड सिस्टम
2 – माईक – मुख्य गायक के लिए 1 कंडेंसर माईक और 7 अन्य माईक
3 – माईक स्टैण्ड – 5 छोटा माईक स्टैण्ड और 1 बड़ा माईक स्टैण्ड
4 – केबल – इंस्ट्रूमेंट केबल 4
5 – स्टेज लाईट
6 – न्यूनतम 15 x 10 फ़ीट का मंच
बुकिंग डिटेल :
लोकल – INR 40000 रुपये
काशी क्षेत्र से 100 कि.मी. की परिधि में – INR 40000 रुपये + आने – जाने के लिए 11 सीटर AC टेम्पो ट्रैवेलर
काशी क्षेत्र से 100 कि.मी. की परिधि से बाहर – INR 70000 रुपये + आने – जाने और रहने – खाने की समुचित व्यवस्था
अन्य महत्वपूर्ण बातें –
– 100 कि.मी. की परिधि से बाहर की बुकिंग के लिए आयोजक को आवश्यकतानुसार 11 सीटर AC टेम्पो ट्रैवेलर या ग्रुप के सभी सदस्यों के लिए ट्रेन का AC 3 का टिकट या फ्लाईट का टिकट और किसी अच्छे होटल, धर्मशाला या गेस्ट हाऊस में रुकने – खाने की व्यवस्था जिसमे एयर कंडीशन की सुविधा भी उपलब्ध हो तथा रेलवे स्टेशन या एयरपोर्ट तक आने – जाने की व्यवस्था भी करने पड़ेगी । महिला कलाकार को रुकने के लिए अलग रूम की व्यवस्था करनी होगी।
– राही म्यूजिकल ग्रुप की बुकिंग के लिए आयोजक को 50 % एडवांस पेमेंट करना अनिवार्य होगा । और बाकी का 50 % राही म्यूजिकल ग्रुप की प्रस्तुति से 2 घंटे पहले करना अनिवार्य होगा ।
– यदि किसी कारण वश आयोजक बुकिंग कैंसिल कराता है या आयोजक की वजह से बुकिंग कैंसिल होती है तो किसी भी प्रकार का रिफंड नहीं किया जाएगा ।
– यदि किसी कारणवश आयोजक को प्रस्तुति की तारीख आगे या पीछे करना पड़े तो उक्त दशा में राही म्यूजिकल ग्रुप की उपलब्धता के आधार पर ही कंफर्मेशन दिया जाएगा या राही म्यूजिकल ग्रुप जो तारीख बताएगा आयोजक को उस तारीख पर प्रस्तुती कराना पड़ेगा अन्यथा बुकिंग कैंसिल कर दी जाएगी।
– यदि राही म्यूजिकल ग्रुप किसी कारणवश बुकिंग कैंसिल करता है तो आयोजक को पूरे पैसे रिफंड कर दिए जाएंगे ।

If the organizer requires a stage manager (Anchor), the group can also provide one, but the payment of Rs. 7000 INR for the stage manager (Anchor) will be separate.
Essential Equipment for the presentation:
The organizer needs to arrange the following equipment for Rahi Musical Group’s presentation, and the payment for this equipment will be made separately by the organizer. If Rahi Musical Group arranges the equipment themselves, the payment for it will be made separately to the organizer. The list of equipment is as follows:
1 – Sound System – JBL or any other professional sound system
2 – Microphones – 1 condenser microphone for the lead singer and 7 other microphones
3 – Microphone Stands – 5 small microphone stands and 1 large microphone stand
4 – Cables – 4 instrument cables
5 – Stage Lights
6 – Minimum 15 x 10 feet stage
Booking Details:
Local – INR 40,000
Within 100 km radius of Varanasi – INR 40,000 + 11-seater AC Tempo Traveler for arrival and departure
Beyond 100 km radius of Varanasi – INR 70,000 + arrangements for stay, meals, and appropriate lodging for arrival, departure, and stay for all group members, which includes the availability of air-conditioned facilities, and arrangements for arrival and departure to the railway station or airport
Other important details:
– For booking Rahi Musical Group, the organizer must make a 50% advance payment. The remaining 50% must be paid 2 hours before the presentation by Rahi Musical Group.
– If for any reason the organizer cancels the booking or the booking is canceled due to the organizer, no refund of any kind will be made.
– If for any reason the organizer has to reschedule the presentation date, confirmation will be given based on the availability of Rahi Musical Group in that situation, or Rahi Musical Group will have to present on the date provided by the Rahi Musical Group, otherwise the booking will be canceled.
– If Rahi Musical Group cancels the booking for any reason, the organizer will be refunded the entire amount.
