भारत में पूज्य श्री सुधीरानन्द जी महाराज की कथा आयोजन हेतु संपर्क करने से पहले निम्न बिंदुओं पर एक नजर जरूर डालें :
मंच सज्जा :
1 – महाराज की कथा आयोजन हेतु मंच काम से काम 25 x 35 फ़ीट का होना चाहिए
2 – मंच पर सफ़ेद चादर बिछा होना चाहिए और उसके ऊपर व्यास पीठ बना होना चाहिए ।
3 – व्यास पीठ पर भी सफ़ेद चादर बिछी होनी चाहिए।
4 – मंच के हिसाब से ही बैकड्रॉप फ्लैक्स चाहिए जो कि न ही छोटा दिखे और न ही बहुत बड़ा
5 – व्यास पीठ के सामने दो गमलों में तुलसी जी का पौधा
6 – पूजन सामग्री
7 – आरती के लिए 10 नयी थाली
8 – नया राम चरित मानस
बुकिंग डिटेल :
महाराज जी की अनुष्ठानिक कथा या सामान्य कथा (केवल मंच पर) के लिए इनके साथ 10 लोगों की टीम जाती है जिसमें संगीत मंडली, निज सेवक, आचार्य, कैमरा मैन, साऊण्ड सिस्टम के लोग शामिल रहते हैं । महाराज जी की कथा में साऊण्ड सिस्टम और कैमरा मैन के लिए अलग से कोई शुल्क नहीं लिया जाता है । कथा आयोजन हेतु आयोजक को जो शुल्क प्रदान करना होगा वह निम्नलिखित है :
9 दिवसीय अनुष्ठानिक श्री राम कथा – INR 300000/-
9 दिवसीय गैरअनुष्ठानिक श्री राम कथा – INR 275000/-
7 दिवसीय अनुष्ठानिक भागवत कथा – INR 300000/-

अन्य महत्वपूर्ण बातें –
– कथा आयोजन स्थल तक पूज्य महाराज जी को ले जाने और वापसी के लिए आयोजक को आवश्यकतानुसार इनोवा क्रिस्टा एवं उनकी टीम के लिए 17 सीटर एयरकंडीशंड टेम्पो ट्रैवेलर या महाराज जी एवं उनके निज सेवकों के लिए ट्रेन में AC 2 के 3 टिकट और ग्रुप के सभी सदस्यों के लिए ट्रेन का AC 3 का टिकट या फ्लाईट का टिकट और किसी अच्छे होटल, धर्मशाला या गेस्ट हाऊस में रुकने – खाने की व्यवस्था जिसमे एयर कंडीशन की सुविधा भी उपलब्ध हो तथा आयोजक को रेलवे स्टेशन या एयरपोर्ट तक आने – जाने की व्यवस्था भी करने पड़ेगी ।
– आयोजक की तरफ से महाराज जी के विश्राम हेतु किसी अच्छे साफ़ – सुथरे होटल/धर्मशाला/गेस्टहाऊस में एक कमरा उनके लिए और 2 कमरा उनकी टीम के लिए बुक करना होगा ।
– यदि आयोजक महाराज जी एवं उनकी टीम के लिए गाड़ी भेजने में असमर्थ है तो महाराज जी की तरफ से गाड़ियों की व्यवस्था कर ली जाएगी लेकिन उसका भुगतान आयोजक को करना होगा ।
– महाराज जी के लिए शुद्ध शाकाहारी भोजन के व्यवस्था आयोजक को करनी होगी।
– महाराज जी की कथा बुकिंग के लिए आयोजक को 50 % एडवांस पेमेंट करना अनिवार्य होगा । और बाकी का 50 % महाराज जी की कथा शुरू होने से 2 घंटे पहले करना अनिवार्य होगा ।
– यदि किसी कारण वश आयोजक बुकिंग कैंसिल कराता है या आयोजक की वजह से बुकिंग कैंसिल होती है तो किसी भी प्रकार का रिफंड नहीं किया जाएगा ।
– यदि किसी कारणवश आयोजक को प्रस्तुति की तारीख आगे या पीछे करना पड़े तो उक्त दशा में महाराज जी की उपलब्धता के आधार पर ही कंफर्मेशन दिया जाएगा या महाराज जी जो तारीख बताएंगे आयोजक को उस तारीख पर कथा कराना पड़ेगा अन्यथा बुकिंग कैंसिल कर दी जाएगी।
– यदि महाराज जी की तरफ से किसी कारणवश बुकिंग कैंसिल होती है तो आयोजक को पूरे पैसे रिफंड कर दिए जाएंगे ।
विदेश में महाराज जी की कथा आयोजन हेतु महत्वपूर्ण बातें :
– भारत से बाहर किसी भी अन्य देश में महाराज जी की कथा के आयोजन हेतु उनके शुल्क में कोई परिवर्तन नहीं होगा ।
– आवश्यकतानुसार आयोजक को उक्त देश का वीजा और अन्य अपेक्षित कागजात बनवाने होंगे।
– आयोजक की आवश्यकतानुसार महाराज जी की टीम के सदस्यों की संख्या घटाई जा सकती है परन्तु महाराज जी के अतिरिक्त कम से कम 2 सदस्य उनके साथ अनिवार्य रूप से रहेंगे।
– आयोजक की तरफ से महाराज जी के विश्राम हेतु किसी अच्छे साफ़ – सुथरे होटल/धर्मशाला/गेस्टहाऊस में एक कमरा उनके लिए और 1 कमरा उनके निज सेवकों के लिए बुक करना होगा ।
– महाराज जी के लिए शुद्ध शाकाहारी भोजन की व्यवस्था करनी होगी ।
– यदि महाराज जी के साथ उनकी संगीत मण्डली नहीं जा सकेगी तो आयोजक को अपनी तरफ से संगीत मंडली की व्यवस्था करनी होगी ताकि श्रोतागण संगीतमय कथा का रसपान कर सकें।

Before contacting Revered Shri Sudhiranand Ji Maharaj for organizing his discourse (katha) in India, please consider the following points:
Stage Setup:
1. The stage should ideally measure 25 x 35 feet.
2. It should be covered with a white sheet, and there should be a raised platform (vyas peeth) on top of it.
3. The vyas peeth should also be adorned with a white sheet.
4. The backdrop (backdrop flex) should be proportional to the stage size, neither too small nor too large.
5. In front of the vyas peeth, there should be two pots with Tulsi plants.
6. Arrangements for worship materials.
7. Ten new trays for the aarti.
8. A new copy of Ram Charit Manas.
Booking Details:
For organizing the formal discourse (anusthanik katha) or a regular discourse (gairanusthanik katha) on stage, a team of 10 people accompanies Maharaj Ji. This team includes musicians, personal assistants, acharya, camera crew, and sound system operators. There is no additional charge for the sound system and camera crew in Maharaj Ji’s discourse. The fees to be provided by the organizer are as follows:
– 9 days formal Shri Ram Katha: INR 300,000/-
– 9 days regular Shri Ram Katha: INR 275,000/-
– 7 days formal Bhagvat Katha: INR 300,000/-
– 7 days regular Bhagvat Katha: INR 275,000/-
Other Important Points:
– The organizer is responsible for arranging transportation to bring Maharaj Ji to the venue and back. This includes a 17-seater air-conditioned tempo traveler for Maharaj Ji and his team or AC 2-tier train tickets for Maharaj Ji and his personal attendants and AC 3-tier train tickets or flight tickets for all group members. Accommodation should be provided in a good hotel, dharamshala, or guesthouse with air-conditioned facilities. Arrangements must also be made for transportation to and from the railway station or airport.
– The organizer must book one room for Maharaj Ji and two rooms for his team in a clean and tidy hotel/dharamshala/guesthouse for their rest.
– If the organizer is unable to send vehicles for Maharaj Ji and his team, arrangements will be made by Maharaj Ji, but the organizer must bear the cost.
– Pure vegetarian meals must be arranged for Maharaj Ji.
– The organizer must pay a 50% advance payment for booking Maharaj Ji’s discourse, and the remaining 50% must be paid at least 2 hours before the start of the discourse.
– No refunds will be made if the booking is canceled by the organizer or due to reasons attributable to the organizer.
– If the organizer needs to reschedule the presentation date, confirmation will be based on Maharaj Ji’s availability. Otherwise, the booking will be canceled.
– If Maharaj Ji cancels the booking for any reason, the organizer will receive a full refund.
For organizing Maharaj Ji’s discourse outside India, the following additional points apply:
– There will be no change in Maharaj Ji’s fees for organizing his discourse in any other country.
– The organizer must arrange for the visa of the respective country and other necessary documents as required.
– Depending on the organizer’s needs, the number of members of Maharaj Ji’s team can be reduced, but at least 2 members besides Maharaj Ji must accompany him.
– The organizer must book one room for Maharaj Ji and one room for his personal attendants in a good hotel/dharamshala/guesthouse.
– Pure vegetarian meals must be arranged for Maharaj Ji.
– If Maharaj Ji’s music troupe cannot accompany him, the organizer must arrange for their music troupe so that the audience can enjoy the musical discourse.
